What are my client ID and PIN for Quicken?

Your Shareholder Site User ID is your client ID. Your Shareholder Site Password is your PIN.

What account types can I download into Quicken?

You can download transactions for these Harbor Fund account types:

  • Personal non-retirement accounts such as individual, joint, and trust accounts.
  • Personal retirement accounts such as Traditional and Roth IRAs.
  • SEP IRAs and some types of corporate accounts.

What version of Quicken do I need to use?

Supported versions include the current version plus any versions from the prior two years for Windows and Macintosh.

Is there a charge to access my accounts with Quicken?

No, there is no charge for using Quicken to access your account information.

How much transaction history will I see when I download my account history with Quicken?

For regular accounts, you'll be able to see up to 6 months of previous account history. You should download your transactions at least once every 6 months. If the last time you downloaded your transactions was more than 6 months ago, you should refer to your paper statements and enter any missing transaction information manually.

For retirement accounts, you'll be able to see up to 18 months of previous account history. You should download your transactions at least once every 18 months. If the last time you downloaded your transactions was more than 18 months ago, you should refer to your paper statements and enter any missing transaction information manually.
