Overview
The Harbor High-Yield Opportunities Fund, subadvised by Crescent Capital Group LP, invests primarily in below investment-grade corporate bonds.  The Subadviser will generally find investment opportunities in developed economies in North America and Europe.  Under normal market conditions, the Fund invests as least 80% of its assets in below investment-grade bonds, commonly referred to as "high yield" or "junk" bonds, across 150 to 200 issuers.

While the investment strategy is grounded in credit-intensive research, the Subadviser's views on credit conditions and relative values will also impact Fund positioning.  The Subadviser seeks to exploit credit inefficiencies by utilizing a rigorous investment disclipline based on the comprehensive bottom-up analysis of creditworthiness. The Subadviser's research process focuses on companies that it believes offer attractive yields and possess the ability to service their debt obligations.

The Harbor Funds performance shown assumes the reinvestment of dividend and capital gain distributions and is net of management fees and expenses. Returns for periods less than one year are not annualized.

From time to time, certain fees and/or expenses have been voluntarily or contractually waived or reimbursed, which has resulted in higher returns. Without these waivers or reimbursements, the returns would have been lower. Voluntary waivers or reimbursements may be applied or discontinued at any time without notice. Only the Board of Trustees may modify or terminate contractual fee waivers or expense reimbursements.
